Instructions for authors

In the interest of the quality of the content, composition and variety of genres, we would like to ask the authors of manuscripts to follow the following instructions:

1. Send the manuscript for the next edition (only in the MS Word editor) to the e-mail address: statapravo@post.sk until September 1, 2021.

2. Manuscripts range:

1. studies up to 20 standard pages,
2. articles in the range of 5 - 10 standard pages,
3. informations up to 5 standard pages,
4. reviews up to 5 standard pages.

Another range must be agreed in advance with the compiler, or editor of the magazine.

3. By final processing use only Times New Roman CE font, 12 pt font, 1.5 line spacing, 2.5 cm left and right margins, 3 cm top and bottom margins.

4. The manuscript should contain the title of the article, first name and surname of the author (footnote (*) with titles, job classification at the workplace and ORCID ID, if it´s assigned to the author), an abstract, which must contain the title of the study or article in the range of max. 15 lines, keywords max. 10 words, followed by the title of the article in English, abstract in English, key words in English, citation of the literature we request to be realized through a footnote. At the end of the article, we request a list of used literature in alphabetical order and a summary in English.

5. We request structuring studies and articles:

1. abstract, keywords,
2. an introduction with an indication of the issue,
3. analysis of the issue according to the chosen methodology,
4. conclusion and resume in English

6. We also ask authors to state the exact workplace address, e-mail and job title (function) with the materials.

Manuscripts must be submitted in electronic form in a corresponding spelling or stylistic adjustment in Slovak, Czech, German or English language. We ask authors to strictly follow the guidelines for editing and form of articles. Manuscripts which are not conventient to the formal requirements cannot be included into the publication. Due to the capacity, the number of published papers is limited. The authors will be informed in time about the inclusion or possible non-inclusion of the paper. Author's fee is not paid. The author of the published articles will be sent the current number of the journal with the published article.

Pokyny pre autorov

V záujme kvality obsahu, skladby i žánrovej pestrosti si dovoľujeme požiadať, aby autori rukopisov dodržiavali tieto pokyny:

1. Rukopis pre najbližšie číslo posielajte (výlučne v editore MS Word) na e-mailovú adresu: statapravo@post.sk do 1. septembra 2021

2. Rozsah rukopisov:
   a) štúdie v rozsahu do 20 normovaných strán,
   b) články v rozsahu 5 – 10 nstr.,
   c) informácie do 5 nstr.,
   d) recenzie do 5 nstr.
   Iný rozsah je potrebné vopred dohodnúť so zostavovateľom, príp. redaktorom časopisu.
3. Pri konečnom spracovaní používajte výlučne font Times New Roman CE, písmo veľkosti 12 pt, pri riadkovaní 1,5 , okraje zľava aj sprava po 2,5 cm, zhora aj zdola po 3 cm.
4. Rukopis má obsahovať názov článku, krstné meno a priezvisko autora (s pozn. * s uvedením titulov, pracovným zaradením na pracovisku a ORCID ID, ak je pridelené autorovi), abstrakt, ktorý musí obsahovať názov štúdie alebo článku v rozsahu max. 15 riadkov, kľúčové slová max. 10 slov, nasleduje názov článku v AJ, abstrakt v AJ, kľúčové slová v AJ, citovanie literatúry žiadame realizovať prostredníctvom poznámky pod čiarou. V závere článku žiadame uviesť zoznam použitej literatúry v abecednom poradí a resume v angličtine.
5. Štúdie a články požadujeme štruktúrovať:
   a) abstrakt, kľúčové slová,
   b) úvod s naznačením problematiky,
   c) rozbor problematiky podľa zvolenej metodológie,
   d) záver a resume v angličtine
6. K materiálom vždy uveďte presnú adresu pracoviska, e-mail a pracovné zaradenie (funkciu).

Rukopisy je potrebné odovzdať v elektronickej podobe v zodpovedajúcej pravopisnej a štylistickej úprave v slovenskom, českom, nemeckom alebo v anglickom jazyku. Prosíme autorov, aby dôrazne rešpektovali pokyny na úpravu a formu článkov. Rukopisy, ktoré nebudú spĺňať formálne požiadavky, nemôžu byť zaradené na publikovanie. 

Vzhľadom na kapacitné možnosti je počet publikovaných príspevkov limitovaný. O zaradení, či prípadnom nezaradení príspevku budú autori v čas informovaní. Autorský honorár sa nevypláca. Autorom publikovaných príspevkov bude zaslané aktuálne číslo časopisu so zverejneným príspevkom.
