The scientific and theoretical journal State and Law does not charge any fees related to the submission of the article, related to the review process, related to the text editing process, related to the number of pages of the paper or fees for the color of the text. Also, the journal does not charge any fees related to the publication of the article.

Vedecko teoretický časopis Štát a právo nevyberá žiadne poplatky súvisiace s odovzdaním príspevku, súvisiace s procesom recenzovania, súvisiace s procesom editovania textu, súvisiace s počtom strán príspevku ani poplatky za farebnosť textu. Taktiež časopis nevyberá žiadne poplatky súvisiace s publikovaním príspevku.
