Law of European Union II.

This course is taught in English. It is focused on substantive EU Law, in particular the EU internal market and the EU´s four freedoms. It provides an overview of the Union legislation and the constantly evolving case law of the Court of Justice of the EU.

  6. Free movement of goods – fiscal barriers, non-fiscal barriers.
  7. Free movement of persons – the right of citizens of the European Union and their family members to move and reside freely within the territory of the Member States.
  8. Citizenship of the European Union – definition of the European Union citizenship, rights of the citizens of the European Union.
  9. Free movement of workers.
  10. Freedom of establishment.
  11. Freedom to provide services.
  12. Free movement of capital.
  13. Competition policy of the European Union.
